Before anyting else K Electric places the safety and security of your family first. We also want to be sure every step necessary is taken to protect your home and property. Electrical Safety is important and knowing what to look for to prevent issues from arising is important to us.

We encourage all of our clients to become knowledgeable when it comes to electricity and their homes, a little knowledge can save your life!  Look for overloaded electrical circuit, Outdated Wiring, or Outdated Fuse Boxs.  If you have any of the above you can take steps to make the appropraite changs and will help protect you and your family from electrocution or electrical fires.

Your home is full of hazards when it comes to the electrical portion of your home electrical fires, electrocution and electric shock injuries are the most common threats found.  These are dangerous and life threatening.

According to the Consumer Protection Safety Commission (CPSC), there was an annual average of 104,500 unintentional, electrical, residential structure fires from 1999-2003, which resulted in about 500 deaths, 4,280 injuries, and nearly $1.5 billion in property loss.
