Service Upgrades are a large part of our business at K-Electric.  The reason is simple as time passes technology advances.  The homes constructed prior to the mid 80's were not prepared for, computers, spas, home theaters, central air conditioning, several room air conditioners, microwaves, etc...

Todays homes take these advancements into consideration.  And homeowners who expernce a blown fuses frequently understand it is time for their home to be upgraded.  Safety is an issue and no one should hesitate. 

Typically homeowners wait for a major upgrade to coincide with their service upgrade, such as:

If you have circuit tat you are overloading, that is not a reason to upgrade your service. Installing a new to fix this problem will only leed to disappointment.  Overloading circuits tat blow fuses or trip circuits are typical indications there is a problem with the branch circuits and not the service.
